Solar water heating system is a device in which water is heated by the use of solar energy. Solar heating systems are generally composed of solar thermal collectors, a fluid system to move the heat from the collector to its point of usage.
Loan: Beneficiaries from all types of categories can avail loan at 5% interest on 80% of the bench mark cost.
Benchmark Cost: ETC based system: Rs 10,000 / sq.m. FPC based system: Rs 11,000 / sq.m.
Capital subsidy: For Beneficiaries from all types of categories 30% capital subsidy is provided.
